Free, confidential help exists in most countries, usually through a national helpline or a charity that specializes in this. Search for the service that covers where you live, or ask your doctor — they will know the local route.

This site does not list specific organizations, because naming a service that does not operate where you are would send you somewhere that cannot help. The operator should replace this section with the services that cover the regions they actually serve.

If you share a device, use your operating system's account separation or screen-time controls, and keep the browser locked when it is not yours. Family filtering software can block categories of site at the network level, which is more reliable than relying on any single site's own controls.
